Founder CEO
I am an entrepreneur, investor, and construction executive with more than 15 years of experience building companies, managing complex projects, and turning ambitious ideas into reality.
As the Founder and CEO of NIKOLMAN, I have spent the past 15 years growing the company into an international construction business operating across Georgia and Poland. Our portfolio includes residential developments, hotels, clinics, and private homes, with a focus on quality, efficient project management, and long-term value.
Beyond construction, I am an active investor in dozens of businesses across different industries. I am particularly interested in entrepreneurship, real estate, innovation, and companies with the potential to create sustainable, long-term value.
I also serve as Director of UM.ge, an architectural and urban media platform dedicated to architecture, urban development, design, and the conversations shaping the future of our cities.
Throughout my career, I have believed that successful businesses are built on more than numbers. They are built on strong teams, discipline, responsibility, continuous learning, and the courage to think long term.
My work today brings together three areas I am deeply passionate about: building businesses, investing in ideas and people, and contributing to the development of better buildings and better cities.
Construction General Manager
I am Saba Nikolava, General Manager of Construction at NIKOLMAN. I am a construction professional with a Master’s degree in Engineering and extensive experience in managing and delivering projects of various scales and complexities.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in the construction of high-rise residential buildings, large multifunctional medical clinics, hotels, and hundreds of smaller commercial projects. This diverse experience has given me a strong understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of construction.
At NIKOLMAN, my role is to coordinate and support the managers responsible for our individual construction projects, ensuring that every project is delivered in accordance with the company’s high standards of construction management, quality, and efficiency.
My primary responsibility is to bring together construction teams, engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals into a well-coordinated process. My goal is to ensure that construction progresses efficiently and on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and quality.
I believe that successful construction is built on strong engineering, disciplined management, clear communication, and a team of professionals working toward the same goal.
Operational General Manager
I am Bakur Gabunia, Construction Operations Manager at NIKOLMAN. My primary responsibility is to oversee the operational management of the company’s ongoing construction projects and ensure the effective coordination of all work processes — from initial planning through to project completion.
On a daily basis, I coordinate the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, while monitoring project progress, timelines, and the efficient use of resources. My priority is to ensure that every project is delivered according to plan and meets NIKOLMAN’s high standards of quality.
A key part of my role is resolving operational challenges on construction sites in a timely and effective manner and ensuring seamless coordination between all teams involved in each project. I believe that successful construction is built on careful planning, clear communication, accountability, and continuous control of every stage of the process.
My goal is to ensure that every NIKOLMAN project is delivered efficiently, to the highest quality standards, and within the agreed timeframe, while meeting both the company’s standards and our clients’ expectations.
Head of Sales Department
I am Anna Sanikidze, Head of Sales at NIKOLMAN. I began my professional career in sales and client relations. Over the years, my responsibilities and experience have gradually expanded — from managing sales teams and leading projects to business development.
My extensive experience in the banking sector gave me the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, gain a deeper understanding of their needs, and provide effective solutions tailored to their individual requirements.
Today, as Head of Sales, I lead the company’s sales operations, manage the sales team, and place a strong emphasis on building long-term, trusted relationships with our clients. Chief Architect
I am Irakli Zurashvili, Chief Architect at NIKOLMAN. I am an architectural professional with a background in advanced doctoral research in Architecture and Urban Planning. This academic foundation allows me to combine deep theoretical knowledge with practical, large-scale design.
Throughout my career, I have managed and designed a diverse array of projects, ranging from large multi-family residential complexes and modern medical facilities to custom private housing developments and broader land planning initiatives. This varied experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of how to adapt architectural visions to different scales and environments.
At NIKOLMAN, my role is to oversee the architectural vision from the initial concept to final execution. I coordinate complex design processes to ensure our projects meet the highest standards and technical regulations. A key part of my daily work involves collaborating closely with structural engineering teams and MEP consultancies to guarantee that our designs are technically flawless and seamlessly integrated.
I believe that successful architecture is achieved when thoughtful urban planning, cutting-edge technology, and seamless engineering coordination come together to create spaces that add lasting value to our cities.
